These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bout IQ mobile application operated by Apex-Corner Apps Ltd. By using the app you agree to these terms.
1. Who We Are

2. Your Account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure
- You must be 13 or older to use Bout IQ
- One person, one account — do not share accounts
3. Subscriptions and Payment
Bout IQ has a free tier and a number of paid plans. The free tier shows advertising; no paid plan does.
Individual plans are bought inside the app, through Apple.
- Solo Pro — £3.99 per month, or £39.99 per year
- Undisputed — £7.99 per month, or £79.99 per year
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your App Store account settings at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for, and you keep your paid features until that period ends.
Gym and coach plans are bought on this website, through Stripe. They are bought by the gym for its members, and every fighter and coach in that gym is unlocked by the one subscription — nobody in the gym pays separately.

- Gym Pro — £64.99 per month or £649.99 per year, up to 25 fighters
- Gym Elite — £119.99 per month or £1,199.99 per year, up to 50 fighters
- Undisputed · 5 — £24.99 per month or £249.99 per year, up to 5 fighters
- Undisputed · 10 — £44.99 per month or £449.99 per year, up to 10 fighters
- Undisputed · 25 — £99.99 per month or £999.99 per year, up to 25 fighters
- Undisputed · 50 — £174.99 per month or £1,749.99 per year, up to 50 fighters
Gym plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. To cancel, email [email protected] and we will end the subscription at the end of the period you have paid for. When a gym plan ends, the gym returns to the free tier: nobody is removed and no training data is deleted, but the gym is limited to three fighter places and cannot add anyone beyond that until it subscribes again.
Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT where applicable. If a gym needs more than 50 fighters, email us.
If a payment fails we do not end your plan straight away. Your card issuer is retried over several days, and access continues while that is happening. Only when the subscription is actually cancelled does access end.
Refunds. Purchases made in the app are handled by Apple, and refund requests for those must go to Apple through your App Store account. For gym plans bought on this website, contact us and we will deal with it fairly and in line with your statutory rights.
Price changes. We may change prices. If we do, we will tell you before the change affects you, and you will always be able to cancel before paying a new price.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Reverse engineer or copy the app
- Upload offensive, harmful or misleading content
5. Training Data
The training data you log in Bout IQ belongs to you. We store it securely to provide the service. We do not sell your training data or use it for advertising purposes.
6. AI Meal Analysis
The meal photo analysis feature uses Claude AI by Anthropic. Results are estimates only and should not be used as medical or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified nutritionist for specific dietary guidance.
7. Ads
The free version of Bout IQ displays banner advertisements served by Google AdMob. These ads are subject to Google's privacy and advertising policies.
8. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently erased immediately.
9. Disclaimers
Bout IQ is a training log and performance tracking tool. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical advice, or nutritional guidance. Use it at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury, illness or harm resulting from training plans or data logged in the app.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
